Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

FaceBliss (“FaceBliss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FaceBliss salon, the FaceBliss Academy facial massage courses, and related online services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our websites (including facebliss.beauty and faceblissacademy.com), book an appointment, sign up for a course, make a purchase, or communicate with us by phone, text message, email, WhatsApp, or social media (together, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Name, phone number, and email address
  • Mailing and billing address
  • Appointment, course, and purchase history
  • Messages and notes from your conversations with us (for example, questions about a course or a service)
  • Information you choose to share for a service, such as skin concerns or allergies. We use it only to provide that service safely.
  • Communication preferences, including your call and text message choices

Payment card details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use our websites, we and our partners collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring links, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Information from other sources

If you submit a request through a social media lead form (for example, on Instagram or Facebook) or a booking platform, we receive the information you entered in that form.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your requests and questions about our courses and services
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and course enrollment
  • Process payments and fulfill orders
  • Send service messages, such as confirmations and reminders
  • Send marketing emails and, where you have opted in, marketing text messages
  • Improve our websites, services, and customer support, including staff training
  • Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

3. Phone Calls

We call you only about a request or booking you made with us, such as a course inquiry, a consultation request, or a salon appointment. Our calls are made by live FaceBliss team members during business hours (Pacific Time). We do not use robocalls, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, or purchased call lists.

Our calls may show “FaceBliss” as the caller name. If a call is recorded for quality and training purposes, we will tell you at the beginning of the call.

Do not call: you can ask us to stop calling you at any time. Just tell the person you speak with, or contact us using the details in Section 13. We add your number to our internal do-not-call list and stop calling within 10 business days.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from FaceBliss (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry, or promotional offers), we use your phone number only to send you those messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver text messages on our behalf (for example, messaging platforms and carriers).

5. Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you information about your request, your order, and our courses and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We may also use email addresses of people who opted in to communications from us to show relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Email addresses submitted only during checkout are used only for order-related messages.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf: website hosting, customer relationship management, booking, payment processing, phone, text message, and email delivery, analytics, and order fulfillment. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners through cookies and pixels on our websites (see Section 8). Under California law this may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described in Section 10.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FaceBliss, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as providing services, keeping records of appointments and purchases, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Essential cookies and local storage that make the website work and remember your preferences.
  • Analytics that help us understand how visitors use our websites.
  • Advertising and remarketing, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our websites.
  • Google Maps to show our location and directions.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result. Our websites do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to staff who need the information for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
