Application terms & collaboration agreement
Application terms
Your application is a request to collaborate, not a confirmed appointment or a binding service-for-content agreement. FaceBliss reviews each application and contacts selected applicants using the details provided. You confirm that your information is accurate and that you are at least 18. Please read our Privacy Policy.
Before your visit
The service, date, deliverables, posting deadline and any content-use rights must be confirmed in a separate written agreement with FaceBliss Beauty Inc before your appointment. An ongoing partnership requires an agreed schedule and duration.
Collaboration agreement overview
- FaceBliss provides the agreed complimentary in-studio service in exchange for agreed original content.
- Instagram Reels must be published as a collaborative post with @facebliss.beauty using Instagram’s “Invite collaborator” feature. A tag or mention alone does not meet this requirement. Content format, number of posts and posting dates are confirmed before your visit.
- A personal audience discount code may be supplied if agreed.
- Content must reflect your real experience. Clearly disclose the gifted service in the content and caption; do not make unsupported claims.
- Filming is arranged with the studio. Obtain permission before filming staff or other guests.
- Ownership, reposting, paid advertising and any other content-use rights will be explicitly agreed in writing before the collaboration begins.
- Gifted visits are service-for-content collaborations. Referral partners earn 15% commission on purchases through their personal link. Referral tracking and payout details are confirmed in the individual agreement. A one-time collaboration may be extended by mutual written agreement.
You will receive the individual agreement for review and acceptance before your visit. Applying here does not transfer content rights or require you to post.
