Lesson 1. Facial Massage: Biochemical Mechanisms of Skin Renewal Understand how massage affects microcirculation, the lymphatic system, the skin barrier, the nervous system, and fascia -and how this influences client results.
Lesson 2. The Effect of Touch on Psychoemotional State and Physiology Learn how stress impacts the skin and aging, and how massage helps reduce tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Lesson 3. Complete Guide to Facial Muscles Learn how to “read” the face, identify problem areas, control pressure, and perform techniques consciously for stronger results.
Lesson 4. Detailed Guide to Facial Fascia Understand how fascia affects facial condition, how dysfunctions appear, and why working with fascia provides long-lasting results.
Lesson 5. Causes, Types, and Treatment of Wrinkles Learn different types of wrinkles, their causes, and how to treat them effectively.

BLOCK 1: Preparation of Tissues (2 lessons)
Preparing tissues for massage
Basic activation of the decollete and upper chest tissues. Tissue warming, improved circulation, and preparation of lymphatic pathways for further work with the neck and face.
Work with the anterior and lateral neck surfaces. Tissue mobilization, muscle relaxation, improved mobility, and preparation for deeper work with the lower face.
Work with the superficial neck muscle. Relaxation, tissue stretching, reduced tension in the lower face, and improved contour definition.
Mobilization around the ear. Work with the tragus and surrounding tissues, stimulate reflex zones, and improve facial circulation.
Aponeurosis & Scalp (4 lessons)
Work with the scalp and aponeurosis.
Tissue displacement, fascial mobilization,
and circulation stimulation for enhanced lifting effect.
Lower Third of Face (10 lessons)
Deep work with the chin and lower facial tissues. Relaxation of depressor muscles, work with the submental area, and improvement
of facial contour.
Jawline sculpting. Techniques for defining facial contours and working with fascia along the oval.
Deep work with the masseter muscle. Techniques to relieve hypertonicity, reduce jaw tension, and improve lower-face proportions.
Mouth / Mentalis
(5 lessons)
Deep work with muscles around the mouth. Work with the modiolus, orbicularis oris, and mentalis muscles to reduce tension and improve mobility.
Mobilization of nasal tissues. Work with the nasal muscles and central facial structures to improve mobility and circulation.
Work with cheekbones and soft tissues. Lifting techniques, cheek sculpting, and improvement of mid-face structure.
Deep work with central facial structures, including cheeks and zygomatic area
Work with periocular tissues. Gentle mobilization and lifting techniques to improve skin tone.
Work with the frontalis and temporal area. Muscle relaxation, improved mobility, and reduced tension in the upper face.
Comprehensive work with the upper face. Lifting of the forehead and temple areas, improved tone, and muscle balance.
Combining techniques into a seamless procedure. Transitions between zones, sequencing, and integration of external techniques.
